We will talk and walk deep into the woods and fields around the PEX Festival learning and trying edible and useful plants. Attention will be given to learning plants through a botanist's perspective.
The wild woods around the PEX Festival have mysteries to be unlocked by those who explore them. Come be guided through the edible and useful aspects of the plant beings that exist around us. We will taste and explore native traditional uses for many plants.
Biography
David Aka the Earthartisan is a permaculture teacher and forager living in Southern New Jersey outside of Philadelphia. He lives a natural lifestyle by harvesting and ingesting diverse foods, cultivating beautiful spaces and living in tune with his natural surroundings.
