This all level fundamental AcroYoga class will explore the exercises and poses to help get your practice off the ground, consistently smooooth, and safe. We will focus on proper techniques for flying and spotting to make sure everyone has a fun and safe time in the air. In the end we hope that you will come away with some new ways to make your real and Facebook friends jealous.
A Positive attitude is a must, a towel/yoga mat is a maybe, and No partners necessary!
Bio
Ben Cohen is a certified AcroYoga teacher through AcroRevolution. From a young age he has been moving and flying through the air with martial arts and gymnastics. Ben has found absolute joy in combining his formal education as a structural engineer with his Acro practice. His knowledge of stresses and forces allows him to approach Acro from a slightly different angle then his contemporaries. He loves breaking down challenging poses and dynamic movements to make them more accessible to everyone. What Ben lacks in height, he makes up for his strength and balance.
