Learn to hop, float, and fly!
Beginning with a short warm-up flow, integrating the wrists and shoulders, we will cover various entries with different leg variations. Strength training drills and core work will be the focus, in order to activate the Uddiyana Bandha. Through partner spotting, I will teach safe stacking and injury prevention. All levels are welcome!
