What would your life look like with an abundance of energy and vitality? You will learn what factors contribute to low energy with a concentration on the foods you eat. We will discuss how to increase your energy with good nutrition and self care. This will be a holistic workshop, discussing mind, body and spirit and how they all interconnect to contribute to our wellness.
