This static trapeze workshop is a for the beginner/intermediate student. No previous experience necessary. Please bring clothing that covers the back of the knee for a more comfortable experience.

This static trapeze workshop is a for the beginner/intermediate student and focuses on tricks and poses performed on and under the bar. Students who are ready will take tricks up into the ropes and be introduced to spins! Come learn the beauty of static trapeze in a safe and supportive environment! Please bring clothing that covers the back of the knee for a more comfortable experience.

 

Biography

Phoenix Rose has 5 years training experience in aerial arts from instructors all over the country and has completed multiple certification programs. She has been teaching aerials for over 2 years and has an extensive background in health and fitness. She strives to make proper aerial training more accessible to her community and specializes in injury prevention. Pheonix Rose is the owner of Ascend Flow Arts, a movement arts training facility in Delaware that provides quality instruction in Fabric, Trapeze, Lyra, Pole, Hooping, Aerial yoga, and more!

Ken Tenaro has 5 years training experience in aerial arts from former Cirque De Soleil instructors. In addition, he has over 25 years experience in various martial arts disciplines and is currently training in Aikido. This background has given him a solid foundation to build upon in aerial work. He quickly built up to performing a unique blend of martial arts and aerial arts, working on the ground and in the air. He specializes in teaching aerial fusion techniques with a high shock factor geared towards the male aerialist or more edgy performers. Ken Tenaro is the co-owner of Ascend Flow Arts and works towards bringing quality instruction to his community.
