Poetry for Unpretentious People
Anna The Enchantress
Sunday, 11am @ The Lake
You're a poet and you don't even know it! Come PEXpress yourself in an easy-to-learn, non-rhyming poetry format. All materials provided.
You don't need to wear a turtleneck or live in a coffee shop to be an awesome poet. Come learn to PEXpress yourself in a Pantoum, an easy-to-learn, repetitive, non-rhyming poetry format that makes even novice poets sound like polished bards. We'll go over the format, write for 20-30 minutes, and then share our work (if we feel like it) in a supportive, non-critical environment. Pens, paper, clipboards, encouragement, inspiration, and even ideas provided!
