This workshop will cover techniques and tips for dealing with stress, anxiety, and other situations that might be causing distress. We will learn about the imporance of slowing down, being prsent, listing to ourselves, meditative breathing, our five senses, and managing stressful situations in a more productive and helful manner. We will find our inner strength and ability and use these concepts to improve our outlook and interactions.
