Two hundred acres of beautiful natural woods and fields await you. There are no assigned campsites, so if you find a place that you like, you can put your tent down and settle in. The advantage of this is that you stay in whatever environment suits you best; a small grove, meadow, field, or back in the woods. To maximize space and promote community in our festival, vehicles are limited to certain areas on the property. We will be providing shuttle service for you and your gear to designated pickup/drop off points. You will be required to carry your camping gear from the drop off points unless you camp in the car camping area. Car camping is limited and available for an additional fee.
The venue features a number of cabins. Cabins are dormitory style with sinks, showers, toilets and new mattresses and box springs. Most cabins have shared bathrooms and may be open to other cabins in the same building. The 8 & 13 bed cabins do not share bathrooms with other cabins. Bed counts for each cabin vary and cabins are reserved by one person in the group. Individual beds cannot be reserved. There are a limited number of cabins available and they will be rented on a first-come first-serve basis. You must bring your own linens, pillows, sleeping bags, toiletries, etc. Be prepared, you will be required to carry your gear in/out from the designated drop off points. There will be a $300 refundable cleaning deposit taken for each cabin. A PEX Staff member will check you out of your cabin Monday July 2nd. Once the cabin is cleaned and returned to its original state your deposit will be returned within 1 week of close of event. Leave no trace in the cabin as well!
NOTE: This year ALL numbered cabins (the ones along the main road of the festival) – will be designated as ArtCabin™ Row. All individuals/groups securing a numbered cabin along this road will need to also submit a proposal of funky intent. This means we just want to know what your plans will be to trick out the exterior of your cabin, so that we may plan for you. Think of ArtCabin™ Row as the Esplanade of SummerFest.

Five meals served in the dining hall buffet style are included in the meal plan provided by Camp Ramblewood. Friday Dinner, Saturday Brunch & Dinner, Sunday Brunch & Dinner. Vegetarian & vegan options will be offered.
